I notice that Collanos sometimes takes a long time (as much as 90 minutes) to change status from offline to online.  If i try to change status manually, it always tells me "Unable to change status, try again soon."  I am sure there is a good internet connection, so I don't understand why it takes so long to connect.  Is there anything I can do?

I have the same problem. Sometimes the synchronization takes very long. Even if at least two clients are running on DSL 16000.

I've had the same problem.  What we've found as a poor workaround is to change your status to busy, then back to online.  That typically seems to work.
