Collanos Phone (Win) hangs if clicking "Forum" before log-in in is complete

Good afternoon,

Internet access is stable and reliable here, around 800Kb/s.

At start-up (on Microsoft Windows XP Tablet 2005),
Collanos Phone log-in process is rather long (up to 10-15 seconds).
No other software needs so much time to connect (eg. Pidgin is instantaneous).

If clicking the Help/Forum menu during this process, Collanos Phone hangs.
(I had to kill the application using Windows Task Manager).
