Hello, we installed on our PC Collanos Phone.
We can see users online, but Collanos don't make calls.
Under Tools-->Configuration-->Audio, the test call don't start and
under Tools-->Configuration-->Video, the test video call don't start even if the video is enabled.
The computers are configured with private ips and access to the outside  through a router that does NAT.
Can anyone help us solve the problem?
