We are encountering some problems with the latest software update #1.0.3.15.

After you run the update, when the system asks you to restart Collanos, we recommend you select "NO".
The next step is to exit Collanos manually and restart.
It should work then without any problem.

Sorry for the inconvenience and a fix will be released very soon.
